Peru is one of the fastest growing economies in Latin America thanks in part to the tourism it attracts and the booming economy. As an international destination that it has recently become, the capital needs a functional Convention Center. Our proposal mixes different programmatic needs, such as a hotel, offices and parking place in addition to the convention center itself. The disposition of the site represented a challenge, so our design traces a continuous line, which projects itself towards the sky at both ends. This dynamic building perfectly matches the needs of the new, modern Lima.
