Cervantes Tower

Mexico, City

Located in the burgeoning neighborhood of Polanco in Mexico City, the mixed-use Cervantes Tower is the latest addition to the cultural, commercial and residential master plan of Plaza Carso. Facing the Museo Soumaya and Museo Jumex on one side and Nestlé’s Latin American headquarters on the other, the tower takes a distinct elliptical shape to maximize views on all sides. The lower levels are occupied by offices and the top floors by apartments, and offer a range of flexible floor plans to appeal to a range of tenants.
